• How do I get more information about a
position?
The information provided on our website is all we can share we have your
resume on file and have assessed your qualifications. This process allows us
to determine whether you are a potential match for this position. This also
shields our clients and ensures that we screen all potential candidates as per
our agreement with our clients.
• What company is hiring for the listed
position?
BTBITS confidentiality policy is not to supply the client names until we
have your resume on file, have assessed your qualifications and determined that
you are a good potential match for the position. Confidentiality does not
permit publication of our Client Companies. However, we will provide names of
individuals who will speak to our reputation in the industry and our record of

• What are most employers looking for in a
pharmaceutical representative candidate?
For entry level: The minimal requirement is a post secondary education.
Majority of our Clients require a minimum of 6 months experience, preferably in
technology, pharmaceutical or biotech industries. You should be comfortable
with technology and science because there is a lot to learn.
For experienced professionals: The minimal requirement is a post secondary
education with preference given to those with graduate degrees and industry
experience. Candidates with a proven track record of success in various IT
disciplines are also given favorable consideration.
• Is there a fee charged to applicants for
BTBITS services?
Job applicants are never charged for the recruiting services of BTBITS.
BTBITS is compensated by the Information Technology, pharmaceutical and biotech
and other client companies that are our clients.
• When will I be contacted after sending
my resume?
Based on the number of resumes being received at this time, you will be
contacted the same day. If you are not contacted the very same day or a day
later, you may be contacted later if your background matches the criteria for a
new opening.
